The airport needs to change the immigration waiting time for people who do a visa run staying in the line without AC and water is a way to much.

Amazing airport but too Big

I was a connection traveler yet I had to go through Malesian immigration entering and again re entering for flight outbound to Bangkok, long walks and long waits 1.5 hours finger printing, yet I had no intention to enter Malesia, terrible I am 67 and have walking problems with my knees. I spoke air Asia staff they offer no help, disgusting. Robbed $220 , suffered 2 hours in waiting in immigration

Gate L from hell

The test of the airport is OK. Gate L is more like an evacuation centre than an airport. Crowded, only two food outlets, no bars, people sitting around on the floor eating instant noodles bought from the vending machine.

Bardzo dobrze zorganizowany transport na terenie lotniska . Dobrze wszystko oznakowane .

Dobrze funkcjonujące

Klimatyzowane, ale na przylotach tylko jeden rent a car i jeden punkt sprzedaży SIM i nic z tych rzeczy w holu końcowym.
