Economy class passengers can bring two pieces of hand baggage with a total weight of 7 kg on board. You can also buy additional baggage of 3 kg. Hand baggage in business class can weigh 14 kg, and passengers can bring two suitcases and one small additional item on board.

At Jetstar Airways, checked baggage depends on your class and fare, and the flight route. In business class, the baggage allowance is usually 30 kg (it is possible to buy an additional 10 kg). Economy class and Starter and Flex packages do not qualify for free checked baggage (you can purchase 15 to 40 kg of baggage). Starter Plus package allows you to travel with 20 kg of baggage and purchase an additional 20 kg, while the Starter Max package allows 30 kg of free checked baggage and the option of purchasing 10 kg. It is worth remembering that one suitcase can have a maximum weight of 32 kg. Suitcases with a length or width of more than 1 m are considered large baggage.
